Under the Hawthorn - Mental Health and Wild Camping

In this video I explore the benefits of wild camping and in particular solo wild camping. It examines how wild camping can support relaxation and wellbeing giving examples of my own experiences. In fact this was taken the morning after a wild camp!

For many of us living the stresses of modern life, going back to the basics and simple living can help us feel relaxed. Doing this by immersing yourself into nature can have many added benefits and surprising learning experiences.
